#3 Greenies Host #6 High Point Christian Academy on Saturday
On Saturday, February 17th at 1:00 PM #3 Christ School basketball will host #6 High Point Christian Academy in the second round of the NCISAA Playoffs. The winner will then head to the Final Four next Friday and Saturday to face the winner of the #7 Cannon School vs. #2 Greensboro Day School game. On January 5th, the Greenies hosted the Cougars of High Point Christian Academy and won that game 93-70.
In that game, the team was led by Norance Berry '20, who scored 11 points to go along with nine rebounds and eight assists. Brandon Stone '19 had his fourth consecutive double-double with 14 rebounds and 11 rebounds, and Jalen Lecque '19 had 22 points and 11 assists. Brad Halvorsen '19 and Peter Lash '20 added another 11 and seven points respectfully.
