Five Greenies Headed to Prestigious Penn Relays

The Penn Relays, held annually since 1985, is the oldest and largest track and field competition in the United States. It regularly attracts 15,000 of the top high school, collegiate, and professional athletes from around the country. Attendance typically tops 100,000 over the final three days of this five day event.

Christ School is happy to announce the Greenies Track and Field team will be sending five athletes to compete in the Relays.

A junior 4x400 squad of Juan Mantilla, Keyvaun Cobb, Kevin Snyder, and Eddy Sherman will compete on Saturday, with Snyder competing in the Long Jump as well. The Greenies recently broke the school record in the 4x400 with a time of 3.27.98.

Look for them to break that time at the Penn Relays!
