Greenies Football Players Among Nation's Leaders
With a bye week for Christ School football, the Greenies find themselves resting after four consecutive weeks of games.
Christ School heads into the bye at 3-1, with their only loss coming to Episcopal High School (TX), 28-21, in Week 2. After a season-ending injury to leading rusher Sidney Gibbs '19, the Greenies have been putting up numbers through the air and find themselves among the nation's leaders in passing and receiving.
Currently, quarterback Navy Shuler '20 is 5th in the nation in passing yards with 1,358 yards in four games, just over 100 yards back from the national leader. Shuler is completing nearly 70% of his passes and has a WNC-leading 17 touchdowns.
The recipient of the majority of those touchdowns is Kaedin Robinson '19, who is third in the nation in receiving yards at 681 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Christ School is back in action on September 21st, at Southlake Christian Academy.
