Christ School’s unwavering commitment to Academic Rigor is reflected with the school earning the highest possible distinction on this year’s AP School Honor Roll – Platinum.
More than 80 percent of our seniors took at least one AP exam, with 44.9 percent of those boys scoring a three or higher on at least one exam. Additionally, 28 percent of the seniors took five or more AP exams.
Academic Rigor is one of Christ School’s four pillars, along with Leadership, Spirituality, and the Dignity of Manual Labor. The curriculum is designed with this in mind, offering a vast amount of AP classes in English, History, Math, Engineering & Technology, Science, World Languages, and the Fine Arts with class sizes that maximize learning potential.
The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools who are delivering results and broadening access to students who wish to earn college credit and increase college readiness. The AP Honor Roll has four different levels – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
