Curriculum Adds Honors Business Entrepreneurship Class

Christ School is excited to announce an introductory, groundbreaking partnership that will empower our Business students in an exciting way. The school's new Honors Business Entrepreneurship class is collaborating with two regional industry leaders – Flavor 1st Growers & Packers of Mills River, N.C., and Ignite Wealth Planning of Greenville, S.C.

This opportunity marks the first of its kind for our students here at Christ School, providing our upperclassmen Business students with invaluable hands-on practical experience in the agriculture and wealth management fields.

This cooperative effort aims to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit of our students by providing them with unparalleled insights into real-world business operations. Through hands-on experience, personalized mentorship from the business leaders, and engaging workshops, our students will deepen their understanding of business dynamics and develop strategic planning skills that will assist them in their future entrepreneurial endeavors.

“We are incredibly proud and honored to partner with Flavor 1st Growers and Packers and Ignite Wealth Planning. This business internship program is a game-changer for our students at Christ School and will pave the way to learn directly from the best in our local area and community,” Business instructor Wesley King P’27 said.

Through this impactful business partnership, Christ School students will acquire essential skills and gain valued knowledge, equipping our students to thrive as future leaders in the business world. At Christ School, we are dedicated to creating a dynamic and enriching educational environment, and this program reflects the school’s commitment to preparing students with the tools and experiences they need to succeed in the 21st century.
