Varsity soccer got back on track Thursday afternoon with its third shutout of the year.
Fox Smith ‘21 and Luke Rheney ’21 scored goals off a pair of assists from a third junior, Carson Campbell ’21, and Christ School took a 2-0 win at Legacy Early College in Greenville, S.C.
Michael Mahoney ’20 and Sawyer Breiter ’22 shared time at goalkeeper to hold the Lions (2-1-0) scoreless.
The Greenies (4-2-0) had lost back-to-back games after a 3-0-0 start to the season. They now turn their attention to Saturday’s 1:30 p.m. home game against Cannon School. The game will be shown live on the Christ School Broadcast Network.
