Fallou Faye ’25 needed one quarter of game action to get acclimated Tuesday. After that, there was very little that Cannon School could do to stop the freshman wing.

In his season debut, Fallou scored 20 of his team-high 22 points over the final three quarters and Christ School JV basketball held on for a 71-69 road win.

Truett Compton ’24 knocked down five 3-pointers for his 15 points. Carter Compton ’24 was a big reason the Greenies (2-0) led early with all 10 of his points in the first quarter.

Christ School began the fourth quarter with a 56-50 lead that was trimmed down to one point in the final minute. Cannon had a possession to possibly go ahead, but Cooper Perone ’24 (nine points) made a key steal.

The rest of the scorers for the Greenies were: Sebastian Knight ’23 (seven points), T.J. Hamilton ’24 (five), and Ty Dixon ’23 (three).

Christ School’s next JV game is Dec. 1 at home against J.L. Mann (S.C.).
