Downtown Asheville pulsates with energy on any given night and Saturday was hopping.
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported Christ School at the third annual Asheville’s Got Talent showcase. The night also included a dinner on the town for those Greenies who attended.
Asheville's Got Talent is a friendly competition between Christ School, Asheville School, and Carolina Day, voted on by judges who are faculty and staff from the three schools.
“The Full Class” band was our top-scoring act with Colin Breiter ’25, Cle’ Dabezies ’27, David Gaines ’26, Craver Stout '28, and Nolan Johnson ’27 rocking the Diana Wortham Theatre with their rendition of the Lynyrd Skynyrd classic, “Free Bird.” Other performers included Rory Jennings '28 (piano), Harrison Bieschke '26 (guitar), and the Acafellows A capella group. Dr. Spenser Simrill emceed the event.
