Anthony Robinson ’23 has been working his fingers furiously this summer.

By the time he has posted appreciation for his latest scholarship offer to social media, another has come in.

Boston, Saint Louis, and South Florida made their overtures to the 6-foot-10, 230-pound power forward/center for Christ School basketball on Monday, bringing his summer total to 15 Division I offers. He got four within 24 hours Saturday when Duquesne, Illinois-Chicago, Missouri State, and St. Bonaventure entered the fray.

UNC Asheville offered Anthony (9.3 rebounds and 9.2 points per game last season) back on June 23, the same day as Greenie guard Emanuel Richards ‘23 (19.3 points and 5.2 rebounds per game last season). East Carolina and reigning Big South Conference champion Longwood have also offered Emanuel in the past week.

The recruiting of both Greenies and attention given to rising juniors like Bryson Cokley ’24, Keenan Wilkins ’24, and Bruce White ‘24 has shifted into overdrive since Christ School went 4-0 at last month’s DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) Live at DeMatha event.

A lob from Emanuel to Bryson resulted in the basket that beat the buzzer and Archbishop Spalding (Md.), 53-52, on June 25.

There were more than a few tweets stating that Bryson was one of the most impressive players at the July 1-3 Lamelo Ball Invitational in Rock Hill, S.C. His CP3 team is 44-2 in AAU games played this year.

Bryson, who is a guard, has added offers from Appalachian State and Georgia State this summer.

Bryson, Anthony, and Emanuel were new to Christ School last season and pivotal to head coach Josh Coley's team winning 16 games and advancing to the quarterfinals of the NCISAA 4-A state playoffs.
