A fantastic swimming season has come to a close for the Greenies, after competing at the NCISAA Division 1 Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center on Monday. The Greenies placed 11th out of 14 teams, but continued to set personal records throughout the day.
In the past two weeks, the Greenies have defeated each of their CAA opponents including two Buncombe County opponents. That did not change last night as the Greenies traveled to Rabun Gap and defeated Rabun Gap and Asheville Christian Academy.
Just two weeks away from the CAA Conference Championship meet, the Varsity Swim team headed to Asheville School to face Providence Day, Asheville Christian, Asheville School and the Trailblazers.
Christ School swimming finished fifth out of 19 teams at the 3A NCISAA Meet in the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Up 11 spots from last year, the Greenies put together one of their best seasons in nearly a decade.
