Lacrosse Rallies Past McCallie as RJ Fox's No. 12 is Retired

Divine intervention can be the only explanation.

The ebb and flow of Saturday's game inevitably brought Christ School varsity lacrosse to a sacred number (12), the same number which was retired at halftime.

RJ Fox ’25 had to be smiling down as one of his senior classmates, Caden Paradine ’25, collected the ball near midfield with less than a minute to go and the score tied at 11-11. Caden shrugged off the nearest defender and shot for his career-best sixth goal of the afternoon.

Lacrosse Completes Road Swing With Win in Virginia

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – When a goalkeeper plays like Noah Wood ’25 did Thursday afternoon, you make your own homefield advantage.

Christ School lacrosse has been on the road or at neutral sites for the first six games of the season. The slog called for an effort like the Greenies got Thursday from their keeper. Noah made 11 saves and the team added another quality win at St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.), 9-4.
