Varsity Basketball's season came to an end on Friday at the hands of nationally ranked Greensboro Day in the 3A NCISAA State Semi-Finals. The Greenies fell 75-60.

On Saturday, February 17th at 1:00 PM #3 Christ School basketball will host #6 High Point Christian Academy in the second round of the NCISAA Playoffs.

Jalen Lecque '19, Brandon Stone '19, and Justice Ajogbor '20 have been named to the CAA All-Conference Team. The Greenies, who have finished as Conference Champions with a 7-1 record, have won the conference four years in a row and have had the Conference Player of the Year for the three years running.

On Sunday, the day after they defeated Veritas Christian Academy 83-22, Christ School Basketball was awarded a #3 seed by the NCISAA for their regular season performance.

On Thursday, February 1, Little Greenies Basketball hosted IC Imagine (14-2) for the second time this season. With a final score of 52-30, the Little Greenies continue their undefeated season with a 6-0 record.

Christ School Junior Point Guard Jalen Lecque '19 – currently averaging 20 points, 9 rebounds, and 9 assists – has been invited to participate as one of the top players in the 2019 class in the Next Generation Final Four program.

Every week, one of the premier sites for High School Sports, MaxPreps, puts out a Top Plays of the Week. This week, Christ School's Jalen Lecque took home the top spot.

The Greenies played their third game in as many days on the road Saturday night in Charlotte against a talented Charlotte Christian team.

On Monday, the Christ School basketball team headed to Greenville to match-up with perennial powerhouse Norcross (GA) High School in the MLK Classic. Down 19-3 to the start the game, the Greenies five-game win streak appeared to be in peril.

Varsity Basketball picked up two more wins this weekend, moving to 14-7 on the season, after defeating Asheville School and Knoxville Christian.

The Christ School Varsity Boys Basketball team capped off a huge weekend with perhaps the most exciting quarter of the season.

On a cold Friday night, the Greenies welcomed High Point Christian Academy to the Greenie Dome, and from the get go made sure they knew, it was "our house."

This weekend in the Greenie Dome, Christ School Varsity Basketball will host High Point Christian Academy (Friday at 7:00 p.m.) and Providence Day School (Saturday at 1:00 p.m.). Christ School comes into these games at 9-7, having most recently defeated Greene Central 66-60 at the John Wall Holiday Invitational over break.
